ECPAC Partners work hard to ensure children and families have access to the services they need.

Healthy children are better able to learn and succeed in life and in school

  • Age-appropriate motor skills and coordination enable children to participate in the full range of early learning activities
  • Stable, caring relationships in children’s early lives contribute to more positive school, teacher and peer experiences
  • Early developmental screening and intervention greatly increases children’s readiness for school and life
  • Increasing access to medical, oral, developmental, and mental health care and wellness

ECPAC helps health agencies and professionals provide coordinated, comprehensive health care to Adams County families

  • Think and plan together to meet childrens’ comprehensive needs
  • Share resources and best practices
  • Communicate with each other in a way that best supports families
  • Ensure appropriate referrals and provide support for families
