Thank you for considering a donation to The Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County (ECPAC). Your support allows us to continue to expand and enhance our efforts to support young children and families. We are happy to set up a meeting with you to talk about our programming and how your funding will support our efforts. Want to learn more? Please contact Lisa Jansen Thompson.

Research shows from birth through age five, a child’s brain develops more than at any other time in life. And yet, not all children in Adams County have equitable access to the resources they need for healthy development. The Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County is cultivating an ecosystem for young children and their families so that every family has what they need to raise happy, healthy kids. Whole community engagement is critical.

We are a registered 501(c)3 organization and all contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by the law. Your gift is also eligible for the Colorado Childcare Contribution Credit.  With this credit – half of your donation will be offset by a dollar-for-dollar credit against your Colorado income taxes. You will still be able to claim your full contribution as a charitable deduction on your federal and state income tax returns if you itemize deductions.  Your donation will become restricted and can only be used by ECPAC to support our programming that supports Early Care and Education.

  • The maximum credit you may take in any one year is $100,000 or your actual Colorado income tax liability for the year, whichever is less.
  • Any unused credit may be carried forward for up to five additional tax years.
  • Only monetary donations are eligible. Stock or other securities and in-kind gifts, such as labor or equipment, are not eligible but may qualify for other tax benefits.
  • In the case of donations associated with events, only the deductible portion of your payment, reduced by the value of goods and services received, is eligible. You will be advised of the net amount eligible for the credit.
  • Both individuals and corporations can take advantage of the credit.

How your Donation will help ECPAC!

Investment in early childhood creates better outcomes for each child, each family, and our community and state. Did you know for every dollar invested in early childhood – our society saves between $7-13 in future costs (special ed, juvenile justice, child welfare…)

Your donation of $25 would help us deliver one care package to a family in need.

Your donation of $100 would help us support 1 hour of coaching for an early care & education program to ensure children are receiving high quality child care or could even provide 3 care packages for families in need or it would provide 1 hour of high quality coaching support for a childcare provider and program.

Your donation of $500 would provide more than 20 families with a care package of needed items including food, clothing, hygiene, and children’s activities & supplies.

Your donation of $1,000 would support our Family Resource Center Hub for one month to increase access to needed resources and support for families or your donation of $1,000 would provide Early Childhood Professionals with 6.5 hours of professional development training to further strengthen their responsive caregiving and high quality support for children.
